After you subscribed, you received an email from Stripe with the subject line similar to:

"Your RTST.ai subscription confirmation" or "Receipt from RTST.ai"

Click "Manage Your Subscription"

In the email from Stripe, you'll see a button or link that says:

This link will take you to the secure Stripe Customer Portal where you can manage all aspects of your subscription.

Access the Stripe Customer Portal

The link will open the Stripe Customer Portal in your browser. Here you can:

  • View your current subscription plan
  • See your billing history and invoices
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

Click "Cancel Subscription"

In the Stripe Customer Portal, find your active subscription and click the "Cancel subscription" or "Cancel plan" button.

After confirming, you'll see a message confirming your subscription has been canceled. You'll also receive a confirmation email.

What Happens to Your Account and Data?

  • You can still log in to access your account settings
  • Premium features will no longer be accessible
  • You can resubscribe at any time to restore premium access

🗂️ Your Data

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy:

  • Generated Content: Remains in your account for 90 days after subscription ends, then may be deleted
  • Uploaded Photos: We recommend downloading your content before canceling
  • Account Information: Retained unless you request account deletion
  • Billing History: Retained for legal and tax purposes

💾 Download Your Content: We recommend downloading all your important generated images and videos before your subscription period ends.

🔄 Resubscribing

You can resubscribe to RTST.ai at any time:

  • Visit our pricing page to choose a new plan
  • Select your preferred subscription tier
  • Your previous account history and settings will be restored
  • Premium features will be immediately reactivated upon payment

💰 Refund Policy

Important: Subscription cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds.

According to our Terms and Conditions, refunds are only provided when:

  • Core AI generation features are completely non-functional
  • The service is unavailable for extended periods
  • We are unable to deliver advertised features
